IDGSR WELCOMES KOKO INTO THE SAFETY OF THE RESCUE!!!!

Koko is a female GS who is approx. 1 & 1/2 - 2 yr. old and weighs 45 lbs. She was kept on a chain in the back yard with Nikolas and Maximum (Max) until the owner became ill and Memphis Animal Services picked them up. We accepted all of them into the rescue and they are all up for adoption. Koko was very emaciated but all that's changing now. She receives plenty of food and is receiving medical care as needed. She plays well with both male and female dogs. She is a little shy and timid but a total sweetheart. She is people friendly and loves attention. Not small dog or cat tested yet. This nice girl would love to have a family of her own. She needs to gain a little weight and then be spayed so she will available for adoption in 30 days but applications are being accepted now.

PLEASE READ. Regarding the application processing fee: IDGSR requires that all applicants submit a $20 non-refundable application processing fee. Please note that submitting an application and fee does not guarantee that you will be approved or guarantee the adoption of any specific dog, since that dog may have other applications being considered.
Each dog's adoption fee varies depending on the age of the dog.
$300 for any dog 1 year and younger (PUPPY)
$250 for any dog 1-6 years (YOUNG & ADULT)
$200 for any dog 7 years (ADULT SENIOR)
All our adoptable dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing, monthly preventative, and have been spayed or neutered.
Everyone must submit an application before an appointment is made to meet the dogs. Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
All dogs are fostered in TN unless stated otherwise.
