Customized restored lightweight Race/Sport geometry 12-speed made in Japan.
Tange 2/CtoMo frame & fork handcrafted 1985 by Kawamura.

Standover Height = 31.5".

Frame: Double-Butted Tange2/CroMo seamless tubing. Stripped frame weight = 4.2 lbs.

Fork: Tange3 sloped crown, guiding tube stamped TAN3E5K.

Bars: Kusuki Winpista 42cm broad. New custom-made charcoal color wrap. Nishiki 4" quill stem. Headset seals.
Brakes: Suntour Arc250G single-pull levers, off-white hoods. DiaCompe 'G' series quick-release calipers. New housings and cable televisions.
Derailleurs: Suntour downtube friction levers. Suntour Cyclone CV54 front, Suntour Cyclone rear. New housings and cable televisions.
Crankset: Sugino VP, 170mm pedal arms, 52t/42t chain rings. New "Z" chain.
Bottom Bracket: Shimano VIA CrMo axle 116mm, Shimano VIA races with seals.
Rims: Araya 700c. Quick-release Sealed System centers.
Tires: New SECA FPS 23c blackwall, presta-stem tubes.
Cassette: Suntour Winner 13/27 freehub cassette.
Saddle: Vetta (black).

The weight difference between high-end Champion # 1 or # 2 tubing and other high-end Tange # 1 or Tange # 2 tubing is less than 3ozs for a 58cm c-c frame, all 8 tubes.
The high-end Tange tubesets were high-quality CrMo steel on par with high-end Columbus SL/SP (CrMo) and Reynolds 531 (manganese-molybdenum) tubesets. (From Sheldon Brown).
